How do I place an order?
To place an order, visit Dalma.in. Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and complete payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, along with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status: India Post Tracking.
How long will my order take to reach me?
Once an order is processed and confirmed, it typically takes 12-14 business days to reach you, depending on your location. After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link to monitor its delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. However, the delivery time and shipping cost may vary as per your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Any applicable customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the shipping charges.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For Indian Customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers:
Prices are exclusive of import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes at delivery, required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order once it is shipped. (India Post Tracking). A tracking number and link will be sent via email and message for real-time updates.
What are your shipping charges?
Domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹300, which will be applied at checkout. For international shipping costs, please refer to the relevant customs information, as these fees may vary on the destination and any applicable customs duties.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our team immediately. We can make the necessary changes if your order has not been dispatched. If the order is already in transit, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
How can I get my order delivered faster or on any specific date?
Oops! Our "Specific Date Delivery" service is not up and running yet. Any order you place on Dalma will arrive by the expected delivery date confirmed after you have placed your order.
However, if there are any urgencies, please get in touch with our team at hello@dalma.in, we would try our best to provide resolutions to the query depending on business circumstances.
How can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, since our products are custom-made. If you require alterations or size exchange returns, kindly contact us at dalmabyshalini@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.

How do I find the right size? (size guide)
To find the right size, please refer to our size guide on the website, which provides detailed measurements for each size. We also offer custom fits for each outfit—just reach out to us via Dalma’s official number or email, and we’ll respond within 24 to 48 business hours. Our office remains closed on Sundays.
What materials are your products made of?
Our products are made from a variety of high-quality materials, including Linen, Satin, Pure/ Raw silk, Viscose and blends, depending on the specific item. For detailed information about the materials used in a particular product, please check the product description on our website.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, we do restock our items on collection. However, in case if the items are available on limited stocks, we will not be able to restock the same. To receive updates on restocks, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram or Facebook social media for the latest announcements.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to place an order; you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account provides benefits like easy access to your purchase history, faster checkout, and exclusive discounts. We encourage you to join for a smoother experience and special perks!
How can I log in to my account on Dalma?
Go to our website, click "Login,” and enter your registered email address. You will receive a 6-digit login code in your email account, copy and paste the same code on the Enter Code box and enjoy a smooth shopping experience as a Dalma member.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, Razor pay, and digital wallets. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Any applicable customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the shipping charges.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is secure. We utilize industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to safeguard your personal and financial information during transactions.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Yes, you may use a discount code on sale items, provided your coupon is eligible for the concerned product. Please enter your code at checkout to apply the discount.
Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or sales tax) when I make a purchase on Dalma?
No, there are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Dalma. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount, including applicable taxes. However, for international orders, customs duties or additional fees may be applied by the destination country, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Why am I being charged GST on my order, and what is GST?
GST (Goods and Services Tax) is a tax on the consumption of goods and services in India, applied at every stage of the supply chain. Customers bear this tax. The GST framework prevents tax cascading by allowing businesses to set off taxes paid at earlier stages, ensuring a transparent and efficient tax process.
