At Dalma, each product is custom-made with the highest attention to detail, tailored to meet your specific preferences. As a result, we only accept pre-paid orders to ensure that we can continue delivering premium, bespoke garments.
Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as any return of a custom-made product results in a significant loss, which we, as a luxury brand, are unable to absorb.
As mentioned, that our garments are all on a made-to-order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
